Does the dash light up? If it does the seat switch is working properly. Now, put the seatbelt on. Does the seatbelt light turn off? If not, while still in the seat, try jumping the wire like you did before. Now see if it will start. You can not jumper the seatbelt with out being in the seat. There is a sequence that the computer looks for, or it wont start. Also, if you jumper the seat belt, then get out of the seat the machine will lock out the boom because it knows you are not in the seat. My guess would be you have a bad seatbelt, but you weren't in the seat when you jumpered it, so it wouldn't work.</p></blockquote><p></p>
