2000 bobcat security system- keyless start

Hello, I have a 2000 bobcat 863 with the keyless start. I bought it from a used equipment dealer that had no info on it. Its unlocked and I can use it but I dont have a code. Bobcat gave me a code but I tried just entering it in and it was incorrect. Not sure if there is a correct step in resetting it with that factory code or what's best to do. Any help is appreciated!

Its unlocked but im afraid if something happens like battery die that itll need that code to unlock again.
