2000 773g heat issue

hey guys, new to the bobcat world here i recently pulled out a 2000 773g with 2k hours from the woods been sitting for 10 years or so, slowly restoring it and getting all the functions to work and everything. Im currently having an issue with getting hot air/ cool air blowing through the vents, i have absolutly no air coming out the vents, purchased a new blower motor, new blower wheels, and switch from bobcat. installed all the new parts, checked the fuses (all good) and thought maybe a mouse chewed a wire but i inspected all the harness and they seem all in good shape. Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

Is the blower motor turning? You kind of gave the impression at first that it is turning and then later you make it sound like it isn't.

If the blower is turning, then your vents are probably plugged up with rodent nests.
