1999 Daewoo 1760 XL - Electrical Schematics - Engine will not crank with ignition

Looking for a electrical schematics for a 1999 Daewoo 1760 XL. Trying to troubleshoot having no power from the wire going to the battery lug on ignition switch. Not real knowledgeable troubleshooting electrical issues. Any help would be appreciated.

I found a electrical schematics drawing on a Doosan 430. Probably not identical to the Daewoo 1760Xl but maybe close. It does show a 30 amp main fuse on the red wire which goes from positive terminal - starter - alternator - then to battery lug on ignition switch. Any thoughts on where this 30 amp fuse would be located on the battery wire going to the ignition switch to check if it's blown? I have verified there is no power on this red wire going to ignition switch.
