Ok so here is the deal I just bought a 751 sometimes it works great however sometimes I push the traction button it unlocks just fine. I can use it sometimes for just 30 seconds sometimes 30 min without any issues. What it does is suddenly stops! the traction lock disengages and the machine just comes to a hault. the only way to get it moving again is shut down the machine start it up and push the green button again. Then it goes again?? has anyone had a similar problem??

I'm just wondering if its a sensor problem on your seat bar or seat. I don't know just what conditions that the brake will lock you out though, my 751 isn't working yet, but its close!
Are all the lights lit on your BICS box on the left side next to the seat?

I have not checked when this happens if the lights are on or not however all the light come on like normal every other time. after it stops however lifting the bar and putting it back down will not allow me to go again. I can push the traction button and nothing happens. to reset everything and go again I have to shut down the machine and start over!

So I was using the bobcat again last night it locked up several times again! this time before restarting the machine I looked at the bics box two lights were flashing 3 times the traction light and the hydraulic light?? does this indicate anything??

My manual says three flashes are traction lock hold coil shorted to ground and three flashes on the valve says valve output circuit shorted to ground. Sounds like some wires have rubbed bare.
