I purchased my very first big boy tractor and I am in need of a working or rebuildable charge pump for my 1990 Case 1845B Skidsteer for reasonable price or donation 😊. Any Info would be greatly appreciated thank you very much

Do you currently have a charge pump in any condition? Might be hard or really expensive to buy one without a core to trade. The 1835B had the charge pump and equipment pump in the same housing. So if one was bad the whole works had to be replaced/rebuilt.

The one that came with the machine was not quite all there. It's the 2 outer pieces but i believe the center piece of the pump is missing

This is all I have of the pump I got with the machine. The Ebay picture is what it should look like I believe lol

That's the same type of pump the 1835B uses. Probably a little larger. Two pumps in one housing, one to charge the hydros and one to run the bucket and arms. I think the OEM was Cessna. Replacement through Case might be a Parker.

Thank you for all your advice I appreciate it. I ordered one off of Con-Equipment that says 1835 when I got it yesterday. When I get home I will compare them but the guy at Con said they should be the same

The 1835 pump i just recieved is a bit smaller. Is that going to affect anything or make not as much lifting power or anything? Thanks for the advice

Possibly the new pump looks a little different but has the same displacement. If the displacement is in fact a little lower, the lifting power will not be different (that is determined by the system relief valve) but the cylinder cycle time will be slower.

Gotcha. I really appreciate all the help. 45 years old and my first time ever owning a skidsteer lol. Rented a few but they were a hell of alot newer, nicer, and I'm sure a little more comfortable šŸ˜‚
