1965 BC 410.. too old?

its a 1965. needs minor starter repair or gas drained too. wants 2500. Is this even worth buying? I really want a cheap one as need it rarly.. but also don't want a nightmare. Got into enough of that in car buying. Also.. that centrifical clutch system dependable? hard to find? my brother says almost impossible to locate one if ever goes bad.

in my opinion that is a bit much and very much so on the drive being hard to source major parts for.
