1845 bucket tilt hydraulic problem

Greetings, on an older 1845 the bucket will tilt both ways VERY slowly, but with enough power to lift the front end. If I raise or lower the boom at the same time the bucket tilts either direction at normal speed..... as soon as I stop the boom moving the tilt goes back to very slow speed. I'm guessing something in the loader control valve -- any thoughts as to where to go looking? Thx, al.

First look at the plungers of the valve, whether they come out / enter equally when you engage levers.There is a check valve between hoses on valve body looks like plug for skrewdriver. Check it.
