does anyone know what kind of amps I could pull from my 12 volt from my 14 pin connection? Could I run a electric actuator off it?

An actuator doesn't drap a lot of current, worst case, the connector will be fused.

Normal on 25 amp fuse.

That would making upgrading to a power-tach very easy for the power supply. Hopefully that will work out good.
