08 T320 Error code

Hi guys I have a code on my machine #4007 Right Joystick Y-axis not in Neutral. I just had the machine at bobcat to replace the right rear speed sensor for leakage and track tensioners rebuild. Never had any issues with the joystick controls, when I got it back it ran for about 20 minutes and the joysticks stop working and the error code came on. I have to shut the machine off and turn back to get working again. Bobcat service told me to order a new right joystick for 2000$ and put in myself. I think this is a calibration issue when Bobcat installed the right speed sensor. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks
