I have a 02 model 846 with very little lift or tilt without the engine is reved all the way up and this with no load, but the machine is still strong moving. Replaced the gear pump for the second time. The machine worked great for two hours. Now I am back to slow lift with engine reved and no load and the machine operates great except for the lift and tilt. Could this be in the control valve, a bad preasure releaf valve or any suggestions ???? Stumped

I'd start by ensuring the aux is not sitcking on. If you get a loop hose made and hook it up to your quick couplers and the problem goes away, you have a problem there. It could be the relief valve too.
Personally, i would do a pressure test. Get a 3,500 PSI gauge and hook it up to your quick couplers. One at a time, this will also tell you if you have sticky aux hydraulics. If one shoots up to 2,500 pis without engaging the aux hydraulics, there is your problem. You should get 2,500-3000 PSI when they are engaged (i don't know the exact figure for your machine)

Thanks for your suggestions I'll give them a try as soon as I can. Thanks again
I've got an 01' 864 and about a month ago it started doing the same thing you described with your's. It comes and goes but lately it has been about the some old thing, slow lift and slow tilt. The local Bobcat dealer told me to try what Tazza suggested so I will see if that works!
