I’ve acquired a 13 T650 for basically free. Which still may be too much. It’s got a few small issues which I’m not too concerned with, but I am new to tracked undercarriages. The tracks have seen better days but I’m trying to stretch things as far as I can on the farm. All the rollers move fine and the sprockets are fairly new looking. But when I view the tracks from the back they angle in at the rear idler. As well I get a popping noise in the front of the frames when turning in reverse. Any guidance on where to start. Or just run it till something gives up?

look at the final drive hubs to see if there is oil in there, these get overlooked alot and a bearing failure would cause it not to track correctly.
