I'm working on a 2005 Bobcat T250 s/n 525614278.
I just replaced the seals on the hydraulic control valve spools and had to remove the spools and quite a few of the wires in the course of the project. I've got it all back together, but now it will not start and has the general warning light illuminated and gives no codes.
When you try to start it it cranks over normally and then shuts off immediately posting the general warning light. Unfortunately this machine that now has 5000 hours on it was previously a rental unit and has had numerous hands messing with the wiring under the cab. I plugged things back together as best I could, but obviously something is causing a fault. I've got the service manual, the parts manual etc. and I'm believe in it has something to do with the hydraulic charge sensor triggering the general warning light/shutdown. Is this correct? Will the charge sensor cause the shutdown like this with no codes? Other than the hydraulic control valve leaking and having one of the spools stuck, the machine was operating normally prior to this maintenance.
