Not sure what your saying.......is your aux hydro stuck on?
the problem is that the bucket and lift sinking so does the hydraulics for external tools also, when moving and stationary.

no, the problem was when I bought the machine

It's a old cat seals go bad I don't know that one but you will by the time your done they are cheap best to match up the old ones from your local hydro shop than bobcat
I would suspect bad ram seals too. Over time they do start to by-pass making the arms and bucket fall.
How fast do they fall on you? A few inches per hour is acceptable.
