My T190 has a pretty bad engine oil leak, it looks like it's the rubber hose that connects the oil return line from the turbo to the engine block itself. Any tips on getting in there? It's on the back of the motor all the way at the bottom? Here is a pic of the line I am talking about.

No big fuse by the battery.....the fuse/relay box is actually pretty clean and in good shape. I will try pulling all of the relay's checking for good connection and such. I am starting with the hot wire going to the key switch and seeing where that ends up down below. THANKS.
