The throttle hits the stops, could it be something stickey inside the injection pump? I looked at the parts diagram and it looks easy enough to get into. The cylinders dont do it all the time I found out, its random. Ill look into the valve too. Thanks!

I just purchased a L865 and got it home last night, now today I checked all the fluids and greased it up. Did my first work in the yard with it, it has a couple issues. The throttle doesnt seem to work right, it revs up fine but wont really rev down, could something like a governer be stickey...
