Trying to change the sending unit on my machine . Its under the hydralic pump and is not very easy to get to . I have been trying to turn it with pliers and tried hitting it with a long punch to break it loose. Still no luck Any suggestions ????

Seal washer?? Are you talking about the blue/green seals at the end of the spools? I installed the new seals with the lip towards the inside. When you have seen the control valve cracked has it been where you can see it ,if its on the bench?? Thanks for your help..

It leaks down quick within 10-15 secs. I was careful with the rebuild kits for the cylinders, so i dont believe it to be the cylinders. i took both lines off the emergency valve and plugged them so i believe that eliminates that . Help ?? Any more suggestions??

Machine is a 763 the control valve is the setup that has the Bics assy. mounted on the face of the control valve with six bolts. Control valve has had new seals and been cleaned . Checked everything as far as orings and visually looked at all the parts. Put new seal kits in both lift arms. Any...

i know there are two that are the same and one that looks the same it just has a small hole down towards the end .. are the bics cartridgesthe same on both sides??? thanks chris

Sorry its a 763 ... yeah i believe if you looking at the filter housing from the back the pressure switch is the right side ,,temp on left and plugged on bottom?? this right???

light is staying on its the lil red light that looks like a gear.. already replaced the sensor to the right of the filter.. also unhooked the sensor to the left of the hydralic. filter housing and its stays on still ...Any help or suggestions ??? thanks chris

what would happen if the port relief/anticavitation stems got switched around in the control valve?? one is just port relief and one is a optional port relief anticavitation together???

I have had a couple of people say something about the aux. stems and coils .. all three stems and coils have been replaced with new ones. a couple of people have said something about the stems looking similar but the diameter being different causing problems.. Anyone ever seen this problem????

Well i (thought) i had fixed the lift arm drift problem but i guess i have not. After putting the bucket back on i have now found that it still drifts down slowly and the tilt cylinder is drifting also slowly. i have the kits to do the lift arm cylinders but have not done them yet. Is it...
