Update!!! Finished puting the machine back together yesterday. And everything went together great and it is up and running perfect! Thanks for all the info!

I found the parts I needed cheap!!! Talked to a guy in Florida and he had what I needed on the shelf!!! Yes I pulled the Power Bobtach off of the hydro pump, then pulled hydro pump off, then I pulled the hydrostatic pump out. All from inside the machine in 3 hours.
