The exhaust manifold on a VH4D surrounds the intake. There is no way to re-route it. Yes, I have tried all of your other suggestions as well as heat shields, fuel cooling systems, extra fuel pumps, cold fuel flow bypass and on and on, all with no long-term success. Please consider this info...
