got it, it was the terminal. Looked great form the outside, i replaced it and it started immediatly.. Thanks for the help

The BICS on this thing is flashing, and making multiple beeps and I can here the shutdown relay clicking away, does this help? If I turn the lights on the whole ignition circuit seems to die, nothing clicking on the relays and BICS is off. It's like the twilight zone!!!

Mrfixit- I saw another post of yours regarding the fuses not flowing enough current. Mine are corroded but are tight. I repaired one of the connectors by pulling it out of the socket. Do you know of any replacement contacts/connectors?? Thanks again Rob

I have a 763, and like you I used it, shut it off, and tried to re-start. Nothing! Now I hear relays clicking under the aircleaner. the BICS box is flashing and making a whistling sound. I checked and re-checked the battery, because it sounds like a battery problem. I replaced it and same...
