Is flushing hydrailic oil, damaging or should it be a top up only?

Yip Seems like damages must have been present before buying the machine. The previous owner or owners got me good. OR is it just ASV? Added failures to date now already repaired -Failed right drive motor -Water pump failure -Crank seal replacement, had to do this twice due to crankshaft being...

Is flushing hydrailic oil, damaging or should it be a top up only?

Thanks for the response. I know the oil should be changed periodically. This is just a mystery to me. I did the effort to test the machine a full day before the purchase. Bought it and then all the failures. Logically i'm only thinking of what we have done to the machine and whether any...

    ASV or BOBCAT

Lucky for us we have both asv and bobcat(clark) dealership in our area. Our clark equipment is offering a far better service than asv. However its the people working there making the difference. It might not be the same in another area

    ASV or BOBCAT

Rodbuilder. I have both an ASV and a Bobcat. The only thing ASV is better at, is perhaps pushing power(only slightly) or like in a muddy creek. How often do you work in a creek, meaning is it worth getting the ASV only for this purpose. Its your choice of either stick control or joystick in the...

    PT100G joysticks non responsive

I have a RC 50, my experience is with this machine. I have realised that a lot of these machines are pretty similar, meaning i think this might help you. It can be either electrical or a hydraulic fault. First is to know if its an electrical issue(cheapest and easiest fix). I quick way to know...

Damages pressure & Tank pipe swopped on pilot control block

I have a ASV RC 50. It has intermittent steering issues. This lead me to remove the pilot control block. This was reinstalled after being repaired at a hydraulic shop. After a few failed operating attempts. I realised i had accidentally connected (swopped pressure & tank pipe to the pilot block...

    Alternator & Accessories

Mrdeere1959. "hit the nail right on the head for me". On my machine S130, it suddenly started blowing the same 25A fuse as well. It was noted on my machine it only blows the fuse in a back up motion, never driving forward. The bell cranks on my machine wasnt bend over like mentioned by mrdeere...
