AiredAle: Looks like you did your homework. I too am in MN and bought a 610 for snowplowing and moving firewood. I now wish I had a 743 to do some brush cutting. Don't go any smaller than a 743. Steve

I got a cover (with door) for about $300 off of ebay for my 610 - I still see the company has the product on ebay. The company is out of the Dakotas. Best investment I've made yet - the heat from the engine and the hydraulics bring the temp inside up to 60 degrees or more when it's 10 or 15...

Can anyone tell me where I could find a universal plate with a 3 pt hitch mount on it?

Does anyone have experience with replacing the Wisconsin engine with a new Briggs Vanguard 35HP? I found an engine dealer that said that the swap out will work. Are special modifications required or can it basically be dropped in? I'm not a mechanic so would probably have to hire that out...
