    Never mind guys.... I found the problem. I swapped some of the relays around and found a bad one. Replaced it and now back in business.

    I forgot to mention that it's a NH L223 and everything else seems to be working fine. The machine starts up with no trouble and all the mechanical and hydraulic controls are functioning normally.
