I agree with Kaptain's and Jrmass theory's and I've used both methods on units that I have worked on of folks. I currently own one of the OLD 675B units which does what I need around my property without all of the electronic bells and whistles. I will be curious to know what the repair...

i've got a john deere 675b loader that has had a electrical melt down and i need some help to get running and raise the boom so we can transport it to our shop. All of the wiring from the black box to the engine was damaged.
