My parking brake does not work, it is a hard fix ?

I have a lot of slop in my ringer gear for my swing , it tightens up when I pump it with grease but it does not last long and starts to wobble side to side front to back, Does anyone know how big of a job it is to change it

On my 743 after many adjustments and repairs it was the o rings in both drive motors

What can be repaired when the house wobbles were is spins, it work fine no oil leaks, if I pump it with grease it’s fine for just a short time but then start to wobble again. I’m talking the swing ring where the grease fitting are Tx

How or what do I repair when the house wobbles were it rotates.

Any idea when I try to tun right just lightly it jerks bad, if I do a full speed, its fine, with good power on both sides, I’m hoping it’s a common bobcat problem, I asked dealer, told me to do linkage adjustment, that made no difference. Thanks
