    Bobcatg 753 auxiliary control

Swap the connections to the two solenoids. If the one that was not working now works, then it's not the solenoid or valve that has failed. In my case I was connecting a grapple which would only close. After swapping the connections it would only open, therefore my issue is farther up the line -...

743 bobcat diesel kabota fuel gage not working

I thought my fuel gauge wasn't working - ran out of fuel while showing 1/2 full - but it turned out to be a broken lift tube in the tank. A rather common and easily repaired issue.

    v2203 engine source for 753

Orangetractortalks.com is a good forum for everything Kubota.

    Bobcat s150

Might those instructions be for aux hydraulics pressure release? If so, that’s how it's supposed to work. Connect your attachment when your bobcat is off.

    Bobcatg 753 auxiliary control

Huh... I have exactly the same issue and have bought the switch for the same temporary solution (but not yet installed). I also replaced the hand control ($500+ yikes!) which did nothing. (Anyone want to buy a used R-hand control for a 753 G Series?) The issue started years ago when my Bobcat...

    bobcat 863 loader wiring schematic

FWIW, I bought a pdf service manual that covers the serial number of my Series G 753 11 years ago from Finney Equip & Parts in Birmingham AL for $85 + shipping. It has put me on the correct path for repair countless times (and contains wiring schematics). Maybe they have one for yours? Finney...

    Bobcat 7753 First time purchaser

Man, prices must've really gone up if that POS is going for $13,500. Looks like it rusted, was repainted and rusted again... How many hours on it?

    753G completely dead

I've had the controller replaced but the mechanic couldn't program it because of more wiring issues, although in my inspection of the wiring it never looked bad (no corroded connections, worn insulation, etc). Everything works except auxiliary hydraulics - I can't open my grappel. The mechanic...

    753G completely dead

Rec’d the manual - the wiring schematic was helpful but I wasn’t able to resurrect the machine. (I’m coming around to believe that I will be replacing the computer.) There didn’t seem to be anything out of the ordinary after flipping the cab - no mice nests, etc. The ’unswitched power’ fuse was...

    753G completely dead

Dan, yes, I was talking about the left dash. I haven't checked the fuses but will next weekend when I'm up with the machine (for the four years I've owned it, I've only had to change oil, filters and grease, so now I'm just getting familiar with the rest). "flip the cab"?? Sounds like a project...

    753G completely dead

The controller? Do you mean the BCIS circuit board? I'd like to test it before replacing. Does anyone know how to test whether one of the circuit boards is bad? (I hope that's covered in my yet-to-arrive service manual.)

    753G completely dead

But if the battery had a bad cell the engine wouldn't turnover normally when I jumped the solenoid, no?

    753G completely dead

My 753G (1,700 hours) is completely dead. No lights, no indication there is any battery at all, but the battery reads 12+ volts. Last time running, the fuel / temp lights would flash several times with the ignition key removed, as if the key was turned on and off to the first (ignition) switch...
