Thank you for yor help! It is the clutch plates worn out. I don't guess you would know where I am able to get replacements. I contacted the Crown dealer by me and they gave me a part number GG190-27082. The said they do not make a replacement any more. I would have to buy an complete replacement...

I have an old JD 170 that is having a problem while reversing. The left side has no power during reverse, it is funtioning great other wise. Does anyone have any troubleshooting information on this oldie but goodie? Any information would greatly be appreciated!
