I would not be surprised if this is just a 1970's era gas cap with a standard tang edge to edge measurement. Should be pretty easy to figure out. I'll reply back once I confirm it fits with its dimensions.

Found one! I contacted German-Bliss and they happened to have one brand new on left in stock. It has been ordered and is on its way. FYI, German-Bliss ws great. i worked with Randall on the chat line and it was very easy.
