Well I did the test it failed so I ordered the rebuild kits eBay and did the rebuild at home easy job everything is good to go now on to the next issues on this old machine

I have looked the machine over no leaks found I wasn't sure if it's the cylinders leaking down or the loader control valve but looking at the service manual there's not much inside the LCV in the ways of o-rings or seals is there a way to test the cylinders and was it both of yours that went bad...
