Had exact same problem. Check injector leak back. Too much and the high pressure pump cant keep up. New set of injectors now starts and runs like new.

Got a continuous beep on the bobcat. First seat belt light was always on. Messed about with the lap bar sensor and no light but still the beep. No error codes and operating just fine. Fluid levels all good. Was nearly out of fuel so topped it up to half tank. Fuel guage reads ok.

How did you go with this? Got one doing the exact same thing. Have other cats but don't want to swap out parts and have two out of service. Also suspect ecu. Put a new pump on snd cleaned out everything after the pump. Same.
