I managed to get the remaining two nuts off the turbo. I could not get deep creep. I heated the 12mm nuts then hit them with a cold chisel and they loosened. I ruined the 12mm nuts, but that is easy enough to replace, I guess the nuts are stainless. Now to order the turbo.
