l785 weak loader. Weak pump pressure?

Ok so I did whatyou asked for then. Yes I did say deadheaded pump but I misspoken. I just wanted to clarify that you wanted me to put a gauge on the end of the line and not tee into it and use a hydraulic attachment. Guess i thought maybe I misunderstood you when i did not get a response from...

l785 weak loader. Weak pump pressure?

Yes cleaned that really well. Both hydraulic filters are new. Last night I took apart the relief valve in the control valve and shimmed it. My pressure at that 1/8in plug port is around 1700 and is now alot better. Might go one more washer some day

l785 weak loader. Weak pump pressure?

Tazza, maybe i misunderstood. I dead headed the pump withall my texts. Were you wanting me to tee in to the aux hydraulics and use an attachment? If so i don't have one. But yesterday to get it warmed up I was moving branch chippings. Mind you have the bulk material bucket, but i had a hard time...

l785 weak loader. Weak pump pressure?

Well I hooked up my gauge to my aux line on the right ofmy machine as I sit inthe seat. It was warmed up and full throttle I get 5-700 psi when i let the relief valve hit and hold the aux open.

l785 weak loader. Weak pump pressure?

Ok thanks Tazza. I will check there and post back my results. Is it common to have a weak pump but strong forward and reverse on the drive?

l785 weak loader. Weak pump pressure?

Hey guys a while back I posted about bucket drifting down but did not get any where with that problem, except for that it doesnt do it at full rpm. But I used it a little more and actually the hydraulic power for the boom/bucket seems weak. Including the AUX hydraulics. If I gently push back on...

L785 dumping the bucket on its own

Hey so I worked the skid steer a little more over the weekend and I noticed that when I release the boom lift pedal, the boom actually will lower an inch or two then stop, It is lifting kinda slow and kinda weak. I noticed if I slightly try to lift the boom, I can actually lower the boom all the...

L785 dumping the bucket on its own

I believe they were just poppets, not sure what a poppet is though. lol Mine just had a flat head plug, on the inside of the plug had a space for a spring to seat, then the spring and a cup looking thing that also had a space for the spring to go. There were no seals or anything. Like I said I...

L785 dumping the bucket on its own

Ok thanks Tazza for the response. As I lurked around this site before I registered, I noticed you responded and always had great info. so I am glad you responded to mine. Is there an easy way for me to test my seals? The only reason for me questioning is that when I first scoop dirt it does not...

L785 dumping the bucket on its own

Hello all, hopefully you guys can help me. I just got my L785 running and functioning. It has the 70" bulk material bucket on it and after a few loads, the bucket just started drooping (uncurling might be a better way to say it) on its own. If you curl the bucket by pushing the pedal, it curls...
