there are two plugs under the access plate, one is chain case and one is fuel tank. Prolly have do dig thru some gunk to uncover them. might want to get a new rubber plug before you uncork that.

I did seal Axel surface sleave on mine with Axel in place but it was just a sleave and seal kit from bobcat, it didn't have the flange on it like yours. So is that a number for an aftermarket product? That looks like a better product than the bobcat version.

Check the bolt torque on Axel shafts. I had to purchase a straight ratcheting wrench to get good pull with cheater on sprocket Axel bolt as there is not space to fit a big socket inside case. The sprocket bolts need to be to torque specs (which it a lot) as that tightens up on the cone...
