put a pressure gauge on it at the aux. hyd. , little at idle speed, maybe 500-600 mid throttle, 1200 wide open, so I guess its time for a new pump.

thanks for the info. I'm going to get a pressure gauge that will read high enough tomorrow. The only one I could find at home went to 400psi. I don't here any noise from the relief valve so I guess that part is fine.

I just bought a 99 lx865 to use around my land. It shows 1425 hours, could be right, but the machine looks pretty rough. The boom doesn't want to lift w/ no load unless at 3/4- full throttle. The bucket lifts slow too but not as bad. The boom lifts a little faster if you are dumping the bucket...
