Mine is also doing the exact same thing. JD240 I changed oil in the chain case ( no water present. I suspect water in the brake solenoid or hose to solenoid. The oil supply stops at solenoid. I believe the oil Tees at the brake assembly.

The brakes lock and unlock fine in above freezing temperatures. The right brake will not unlock in freezing temperatures. Can water be in the line on the right side at the end of the hydraulic circuit at the brake? Or something in the brake assembly?

Brake will not unlock when below freezing. No problems in summer. Can there be water freezing in a hydraulic line going to the brake assembly? When locked and running for a while (up to 2 hours) sometimes will become free with a loud bang, sounding like a pin or something is breaking. After...
