Does the valve that controls the thumb have a way to adjust the pressure? My 01 337 has, I lowered the pressure so when clamping on stones (anything) I can curl the bucket, keeping pressure on the thumb. It helps when stacking stones, and picking up things.

ffpup, thanks for the further explanation, I understand now, your way seems better than what I was going to try. I was going to drill holes, not torch them. Maybe a plazma cut hole? Hope to see your pictures when you can post them. Thanks

ffpup, do you have any pictures of this? Are you using the pipe as the pin? I changed my old xchange and have been using the bolt on holder to use my old buckets, I would like to change them to use the pin. I thought of cutting holes in the sides of the bucket mount and adding the gusset washer...

Dillon, is the exchange you have the one with a lever to release the bucket? If so I think the new style (with lower pin) will work. lt190b

my answer is I dont know. the one on my 337d was leaking and i had the local bobcat dealer repair it. parts with fluid and filters was 427.91 + labor of 1000.00 I think the 341 and the 337 are the same house on the d model. this was in 2006. i think the machine had 2000hrs according to invoice...

is your radiator & overflow container at proper level. i have a 337d that kept loosing coolant thru a rubber cap below the oil filter. the temp will get hi when i travel the machine alot when the air temp is high. also when the ac is on.lt190b
