I had a look at the sensor under the seat and it was full of crud and it looks like the seat was not moving the magnet down far enough when I sit in the seat. I added a washer in the assembly and it seems to be working much better now. Thanks for the help.

No Boss option I believe. Its all analog gauges and idiot lights. I think its called bics?

Ok I finally got a chance to open the canopy. It has a black wire and a pale yellow with a blue stripe on it. The thing has a small hydraulic line running to the top of the valve block located in the center of the machine. No number on the harness.

The picture in the manual is located on page 2-28 B. The photo shows the item in question but the picture and description is for the hydraulic control valve. my ser # is 512817785.

It is factory - I found a pic of it in the manual for the machine. Unfortunately, I unhooked one of the wires and tested it and it didn't make any difference. I still think it has something to do with the seat sensor. Is there any way to adjust this thing?

I've gotten some quotes on rebuilding the unit which don't seem to be too bad so I most likely will go this route. I did see a rebuild kit on ebay that claimed it was not chinese parts. Now for the manual are there any recommendations?
