Check your ground and hot wires at the battery and then at the starter. If the battery has a full charge, check if the battery drops voltage when you load test it.

You may have blown a hose inside under the cab. Check your hydraulic fluid level. If it's lower then it was, lift the cab and look inside where the hoses go to the pump. The hoses usually leak outside where they connect to the drive hub, but may have broken inside the frame.
