    Replaced spool seals and now lift spool cover doesn't line up with holes - 863

    I took apart the spool and put it back together and took the advice of the service manual and used loctite to hold that center screw at .600" instead of letting it screw in with the cap. And it lined up just fine after that.

    I've tried spinning the cap and checked to see if it fit in the tilt spool chamber and it does yet the screws also do not line up. Pops into the seal with a little pressure. The only thing I can think of is its something with the cap assembly, maybe the spring isnt aligned properly or...

    I am at a complete loss. I have no idea why the cover does not line up now. I did the seals and spring and balls. It slides all the way in and I can get one screw in but then the other screw is way out of alignment. Any Ideas? See pics. It is a Bobcat 863.
