    Thanks brdgbldr! Yes it is turning like it wants to start but will not catch. We had it running and it shut off and then would not start. I will check the fuel filter like you suggested hopefully tomorrow and will let you know how it goes. Thanks again!!

    My CAT 242D stopped working while in use. Tried to start and seems like it wants too but just wont turn over?
