Thanks, I do not have override but was thinking about putting one one. On mine it never goes over 6 seconds. When it is warm temps it starts counting at only 2 sec. and fires right up.
What controls the glow plug timer. When it below freezing timer only starts a 6 sec. LS 160 I had starts at 12-13 sec. The ls170 does not start very good when cold, have to cycle the key several times and have throttle full open and slow down when it fires.
Do you have anything hooked up to the auxiliary hydraulics. Check if you have a switch for the auxiliary and is it on or off. If your boom and bucket work raise boom and tilt bucked straight down and then push boom down that should tell you if it is frozen down. With pressure on boom try to move...
I have a LS and they are hard on the starter relays. Some times not disengaging. Bought a new relay for a snowplow that was rated for 100 amps the new Holland relays on the LS is rated for 80-amp. No problems since.
