That is a fair price I would think. Parts and service have always been good on mine. I would verify that it is high flow with a dealer before buying. Most have aux. hyd. but the high flow is not that common on the smaller units.

I have a 2005 4640 with a N/A deutz. I bought it for $15,000 with 250 hrs. in 2006. It has been a great machine for me. It was used as a forklift as well but was not heavy enough for the flat stone pallets they were loading. I use the forks on occasion but mostly bucket work.

Been using that stuff for years on brake assemblies. Works good and takes the heat without washing away.
