Runs about 40 minutes and quits. Then will start but immediately quits. Battery voltage is 12.6. An external battery charge for about a half hour allows it to run another 40 minutes. Alternator seems to be charging. Voltage goes to 14 with it running. Put in a new battery. Any suggestion...
