The problem I have is with a set shop supplies rate. I worked for a federal law enforcement shop and when anything had to go to the dealer for something, it seemed stupid. $80 shop supplies to flash an upgrade? On a fleet of 100+ cars? Stupidly excessive.

Thank you for this thread, this is my exact problem , including BCIS all showing green lights, in Sept/2023. I will check all these things. I put a new battery in, but we got this machine when we bought the property. Used it all last winter.
