The color remains the same even after sitting for an extended period of time. Would that indicate water? Where would your suggest I begin diagnosing the issue? Thanks Tazza Hoffy

Hi everyone! I have an issue with my old IH B3300, it is a 1978 model. the issue I have is it wont turn to the right. If I hold it, it will try and go but makes a loud whining noise. Here is the deal, if I bleed the pump it will work for 30 seconds to a minute. The fluid in it is a milky color...
