Its just a 250 and i dont the cylinder is moving because the parking break feels like it does not disengage. Henry

I have a John Deere 250 Skid Steer, unsure of year hence pin number in title. Here is my problem, when i sit in the seat, start the machine and hook up the seat belt and disengage parking break all lights go out in the dash as normal. The hydraulic system and parking break are locked up. I can...
