Anyone know where the starter relay is located on 1991 L785 with a Ford diesel

I have a 1991 L785 and had the same problem this past weekend, my unit had sat for about six weeks and I had to remove and clean the screen 4 or 5 times to get a snot looking goo to finally quit clogging the screen and now it runs fine. I may change the hydralic oil before winter. Hope this helps.
