Thank You ! ! ! I got a parts illustration and looks like the horizontal bar is supposed to separate from the vertical bars some how. I will take a closer look today. I must have missed something. Thanks again for the help..

Ok this is a bit strange but how do I get the lap bar out of the cage. Can it collapse somehow? Thanks for any help in advance..
