    Hydraulic Drive Problem

it would appear to be a drive motor fault or possibly a hydro pump that has scarring internally causing a lose of oil pressure when hot. i dont know the type of motor they have. but its possible its bypassing seals internally also also saying no drive meaning both directions or just forward?

    5625sx slow lift and tilt

check the pressure at the auxiliaries, im guessing between 2500 & 3000 Psi would be normal Could be the relief valve faulty i think that model has an adjustable valve, with orings inside that can fail n cause low pressure, if the relief valve checks out then its the pump

    New owner, old 960

Try the filter, the motors may need rebuilt, if the drive is ok in reverse but not forward it would seem as an issue with the motor, if its in both directions, then it probably has damaged or scarring on the valve plates both the pump & motors would need disassembled, easiest way to check the...

    Mustang 960

check the fuel supply from the tank, by removing the hose to the filter base, u should get a steady flow . the tank being higher than the injection pump, it should bleed itself eventually, the filter base has a primer pump built into the top center if u unscrew the plastic knob, then pull...

    lift cylinders jammed bobcat

I wonder if the seals were damaged during installation, also they had a cushioned cylinder also , i guess the pistons were a direct replacement, and not for a non cushioned or vice versa, not sure if that matters but i think they use different barrels

    mustang 940

yes they are, biggest issue they had if they sat out in the weather, they had some problems with getting water in chaincase simply because the bolts holding the top access cover in place could loosen then it would allow water to get into the chaincase, could get expensive to replace bearings...
