Just curious what was decided to be used as far as fuel pump and or regulator I have a Melroe 610 that never has fuel available to start. If running and shut off and then started shortly thereafter starts fine. But when cold a quick short blast of ether it fires immediately.

I've read on a few conversations that a 610 parts manual was located in the manuals portion here but I'm not seeing it... any assistance is appreciated.
